Chromatin organisation disturbance is one of the main reasons for infertility in both women and men.
Apoptosis has proven to be responsible for collapse of chromatin and up to now there is no remedy for prevention of apoptosis that occurs in adverse amounts, during certain conditions and diseases. Treatment with RNase A along with the drug metosartan has led to new finding in re- recovery of structural organisation.
